All persons entering Flamingo Land Resort are admitted subject to the following park rules. Whilst in the park all visitors must comply with instructions given to them by park personnel. Any persons not complying with these rules may be removed from the park.
All persons entering the park must be in possession of a valid admission ticket (day admission, online, pre-paid or open ticket), or season pass. Any persons attempting to gain entry to the park without payment will be refused entry.
Admission tickets, Q-Buster credits and VIP Ride Passes are the property of Flamingo Land and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if defaced or altered.
Flamingo Land is an outdoor attraction and we ask that guests wear sensible clothing and footwear during their visit. The public display of clothing or tattoos featuring content that may cause offence to other visitors is not permitted. In the interests of health and safety, guests must remain fully clothed and wear shoes at all times. Admission may be refused if clothing is deemed inappropriate by park management.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the ride queuing aisles and all indoor venues.
Flamingo Land Resort will endeavour to ensure that as many rides and attractions as possible are available for your enjoyment. We may however, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the park, close or cancel any ride or attraction due to inclement weather or for technical reasons.
Height/Age/Size/Medical restrictions apply on certain rides and attractions. Please refer to the park map and signage at rides and attractions. Guests with plaster casts are only allowed on rides and attractions that generate low forces. Unfortunately, this does not include roller coasters and white knuckle rides, due to the level of g-force these generate.

Flamingo Land Resort reserves the right to refuse admission, or remove from the park (without refund) any visitor who: behaves in a manner, which in the opinion of Flamingo Land Resort is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to other guests or members of staff; does not follow written or verbal instructions or behave in a manner that may risk the health and safety of themselves, other visitors or members of staff. Where a visitor is part of a group, we reserve the right to remove the whole group from the park in addition to the individual involved.
The consumption of alcohol is allowed in authorised areas only. Alcohol cannot be brought in to the park and will be confiscated. Any visitors who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be refused admission or will be escorted from the park.
For guest safety & enjoyment and to reduce the risk of prohibited items being brought in to the park. Flamingo Land uses detection dogs and reserves the right to carry out searches of visitors and their property. Visitors found to be in possession of prohibited items will be refused entry or escorted from the park and will have the items confiscated. (Prohibited items include alcohol, knives, weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, and any other items that may cause injury.)
The climbing/standing on or crossing of fences, barriers, walls, rides structures or buildings is strictly prohibited.
Disabled guests plus one carer are entitled to receive the appropriate concession admission rate on production of one of the following: Disability Living Allowance Record Book, Attendance Allowance Book, Invalidity Benefit Book, Visual Impairment Registration Card (BD8), Blue/Orange Parking Permit or written confirmation of the above from the DWP with photographic identification.
Children three years of age and under are admitted free of charge. If a child’s age is in doubt and you are unable to provide proof of age, we ask that you pay the appropriate admission charge on entry. We’ll then be pleased to give you a refund if you’re subsequently able to supply this information.

Payment can be made by cash, debit/credit card; please note a valid PIN is required to authorise card transactions. We do not accept personal cheques. Payment for school and group visits can be made by double-signed organisation cheque supported by official letterhead/confirmation of address.

Customers may be asked to prove their age with photographic ID if challenged in order to purchase or consume alcohol within licensed areas or Flamingoland outlets.
The types of ID we accept are Valid, Photographic Driving Licence, Passports, and Military Cards (British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force). As part of the National “Pass” scheme, we also accept Young Scot, My ID, Citizens Card, One ID 4 U, and Validate UK.
We want to maintain a safe and secure environment for you and your family and may ask for your identification on arrival. We don’t knowingly allow anyone to use or visit our parks who is a convicted child sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice.
Cars, motorhomes, caravans and other vehicles are parked at the owners own risk. Flamingo Land Ltd is not liable for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.
