Our Rides Hosts help our guests experience the thrills whilst being safe.
We have a thorough training programme for our Ride Hosts. To operate a ride training typically takes between 2 to 5 days. When you start with us we work to your strengths and will assign you a ride so you can grow your experience. Typically you would start on the smaller rides or maybe assist on the larger ones. Throughout your training you will be required to show competence and follow all the safety protocols. After all we want our Guests to be safe whilst having fun.
We need people who (are):-
- Observant and are passionate about safety
- Outgoing, friendly, approachable and confident and have a passion for Guest engagement and service.
- Demonstrate hard work, commitment, punctuality and reliability
- Take pride in their appearance and wears correct and clean uniform
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as demonstrating initiative to keep busy in quieter periods
- Demonstrates a willingness to help and will always go the extra mile for Guests and colleagues
Your typical shift will involve:-
- Carry out safety checks pre ride
- Ensure ride seats are clean at all times
- Litter pick and keep your ride area clean at all times
- Check all Guests comply with safety regulations. “Height, health, behaviour”
- Operate your ride as per the manuals and training.
- Report all faults and incidents immediately
- Engage with Guests

Interviews for the new season will begin in February 2025. You will be contacted by our friendly Recruitment Team who will conduct an initial telephone chat with you and if successful, you will be invited to attend a face to face interview with one of our Department Managers. Interviews are typically 30 minutes and you will be asked a few competency based questions.
If all goes well, you will join us for two days of induction, where we will get you Resort Ready!
Induction days are fun filled, full of facts about the Resort and will prepare you to work at the Resort.
Roles will begin in March and run through until 2 November 2025.
